Pregnancy and your professional life can go hand in hand. I advise all my patients to continue with their work till 3rd trimester of Pregnancy, unless recommended otherwise by your Doctor. Being participated in work, and conference people expertly and socially will reduce your stress levels.

2. Is it safe to travel during Pregnancy?
You can safely travel throughout your Pregnancy till 3rd trimester (30 weeks of Pregnancy); unless encouraged otherwise due to high risk Pregnancy.

Walking is typically suggested at all phases. Your Gynecologist might likewise encourage on certain Pelvic exercises to improve chances of Normal Delivery.

3. Tips that can help me stay comfortable during Office Work?

• Take short walk after every 2-3 hrly.

Instead, you should think of eating TWICE as Healthy. ".

CALORIE INTAKE: The typical requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal per day over & & above your routine intake. Daily calorie count should remain in the series of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an extra 300 Kcal daily for each fetus.
